Kindergarten Registration Now Open

Shiloh ES Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten registration is now open!

We are holding a special registration event on April 15, 9:00AM-12:00PM and 3:30-6:30 PM.

We will repeat the registration event on May 1, 9:00AM-12:00PM and 1:00-4:00 PM.

Your child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2026, to register.

Required Documents for Registration:

1) your child’s Birth Certificate

2) up to date Immunizations on the GA Form 3231 (must be on the GA Form)/Religious Exemption

3) Vision/Hearing/Dental/Health GA Form 3300

4) enrolling parent Photo ID

5) two documents for Proof of Residency -> a current utility bill (water or electric only) and a current lease/mortgage stmt./home insurance policy/purchase agreement/deed

** Residency Affidavit (this document is required only if you are living with someone else and proof of residency docs are in someone else’s name. The person you are living with must attend registration with you along with their photo ID and the 2 required proof of residency documents as stated above)
